Head of Marketing

Ambit is looking for a Head of Marketing to develop and execute our marketing strategy and help us expand our footprint. You will need to be a strategic thinker with experience in brand management, Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, and event marketing. We’re on the hunt for an up and coming marketing leader, with the ability to grow SaaS companies on a global stage and a solid background in Account-Based Marketing. 

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the marketing strategy and successful delivery of the plan across multiple markets. The role is part of the senior leadership team and you’ll also have line management responsibility for our Product Marketing Manager whilst building your team. 

To be considered, you’ll need 7+ years’ marketing experience, you’ll have led a marketing function in a successful high-growth (B2B) technology company and enjoy rolling-up your sleeves to deliver outcomes and establishing a leading data-driven marketing engine. 

Day to day, you’ll oversee all marketing operations and work closely with sales and customer success to develop our account-based experience strategy - designing and coordinating one-to-one and one-to-few programmes and marketing campaigns for chosen verticals. You’ll generate demand and grow brand awareness as well as drive consistent and persistent PR and event programmes. 

To succeed, you’ll be a relationship builder with leadership abilities, strong management skills and a desire to share knowledge with your peers and your team. You’ll also have high attention to detail, a good knowledge of Hubspot, and know how to establish effective systems and processes to enable fast growth. You’ll be a hard-working self-starter who loves rolling up your sleeves and get things done. 

The successful candidate will be in for a great ride as part of an ambitious team.
